Put a link to the pet transfers on the pet page

So thanks to I realized that there is no link to the page where you accept or reject a pet transfer. So if you delete the event you have to find the direct link. That's why I suggest to add the link the either the pet page or maybe the adoption center.

I fully support this suggestion, for clumsy people like me this link can be a lifesaver. XD

I love this, but can we have it on the pet page? I'd hate to accident abandon a pet at the adoption centre, which I am very likely to do by mistake.

Added the Pet Transfer link on the Your Pets page! It's right after the Name Exchange link. It took a bit to get it to where everything fit all on one line BUT I DID IT.
